343 going under surprised no one, and only fools believed the hype about their "rebrand". That said, it's a shame the CoD people are getting involved since they clearly don't have the skills to make a fun, arcade/party FPS either. No confidence in them either; likely a solid "meh, not Halo" game.

One can feel one way or another about COD but its one of the biggest franchises on earth not by accident. Activision support studio setup means there are talented devs that can pick from to build the new team leading halo. I'm curious to see what they can do honestly.

Halo is just gone for me. 343 shit too many beds, and the version of Bungie that could have made another good game no longer exists. I'm open to playing if someone actually creates a good entry but idk, hard to see optimism for this franchise.
