I live in a Blue state, yet when I worked at the LA County Reg. Recorder I didn't get OT until I worked 40 hrs. 10 hr days but no OT until Friday. Oh and they wanted us to work 70 hrs a week. Some did but not me. THAT'S the America we live in.
