In April and May, we’ve mobilized to show the world that this administration has no mandate. We’ve gathered strength and we’re not backing down — because the flag doesn’t belong to Trump. It belongs to us. We’re not watching history happen. We’re making it.

A military parade for the dear leader's bday is what dictators do, granted. However, this date just happens to be the U.S. Army's 250th bday, as well. As I understand, a good portion of the display was already planned to recognize that.

I don't like the word defiance.You make it sound like we're bad little children going against our parents. Trump is trying to be a dictator, he's the defiant one. He's defiant to the law, the constitution, and the citizens... Please change the language

We are having our own military parade, with posters of military equipment labeled with what paid for them – cancer, research, storm, prediction, Medicaid, etc.

COWARDS! You’re running away from confronting his military parade when you should be calling to flood the streets that day and make logistics impossible for the wannabe Hitler! No movement in the name of Democracy can ever sustain itself by being too afraid to meet the enemy of the people head on.
