Utah has an utterly disgusting POS Senator, Mike Lee, spreading malicious lies and gaslighting people. Salt Lake City had a shooter with an AR-15 intent on shooting peaceful No Kings protestors. Coincidence? HELL NO!!! Mike Lee should have charges brought against him for endangering the public!!

That Salt Lake Tribune article raises more questions than it answers for me. Some “event peacekeepers” were shooting into a crowd hoping to hit Gamboa, killed Folasa Ah Loo by accident, and wounded Gamboa who is being charged with murder?

I'm running out of things to say to showcase my disgust with the gun culture in this country. How many Arthur Loos have to die before Republicans wake the fuck up, and *do* something? How many school or public shootings? What will it take? Rest in power, Arthur Loo. You will be remembered. 🌹

The peacekeeper who accidentally killed Loo should face manslaughter charges too. Lack of trigger discipline and situation awareness led to Loo’s death. These peacekeepers can also expect a wrongful death lawsuit from the victims family.

Yes, but what a terrible situation. Police Chief “Redd said Ah Loo was mistakenly shot by one of two event peacekeepers…who opened fire after a suspect, identified as Arturo Gamboa, 24, ran toward the crowd with a rifle…raising it in a firing position before moving toward a crowd of protesters”

Had to read article 2wice to figure out WTF it was trying to say. Shooter was peacekeeper, shooting at a perp with an AR. The shooter missed, hitting the victim, but apparently the perp was hit too and the cops got the perp. Posts on X blame perp as BLM (of course), etc. Waiting for real facts.
