Justice Jackson affirmed what we already knew: Americans have the right to vote in whatever form is most convenient for them — via mail, with a drop box, early in-person, or on Election Day. Trump’s pathetic and desperate attempts to rig the election by sabotaging mail voting have failed once again.

if I control the post office and the post master general then I want people to vote by mail. it doesn't matter if scotus says don't do things. it'll be too late to know trump cheated. Hell, we didn't even bother to make sure he didn't. No, wait, we all know he did. And nothing happened.

This ruling holds through the midterms. If you plan to vote by mail, please do so as early as possible and consider using a ballot drop box and ballot tracking if available in your state. If your ballot doesn't arrive in a timely manner, talk to your local election office or contact 866-OUR-VOTE.

I’ve taken my ballot to the Maricopa County election office since 2018. I’d never put in the mail now. They had to start making it like a fortress in 2020 because of these lunatics.

This is a definite win but I'm not going to risk something happening to my vote. My ass will be going to my polling place and voting the first day of early voting. I am also checking my voter registration every fricking day.

Alito and Thomas need to be removed…. They are partisan hacks who do not deserve the honor of wearing SC robes. Dems need to write legislation that increases the court to 13 starting in 2029, so trump doesn’t get 4 more justices AND sets term limits that remove these hacks.
