Delivering plenty of laughs and an emotional punch, while never allowing itself to get too carried away with either, Club Kid is a heady mix of broad comedy and intimate coming-of-age drama, all threaded through general life messiness. An absolute banger soundtrack too, innit babes. Score: ★ ★ ★ ★
