Aside from being completely bogus on the merits, it looks to me like the DOJ missed the statute of limitations. To take advantage of the extended 10-year time to file the charges, DOJ must do so by filing an indictment within that time. There has been no indictment. 64 Stat. 1005 s 19.

Cleaning out the DOJ when a sane administration turns up will probably take a decade.
