I don't really understand why cyclists can't use Oxford Street like, before 7am

They could do it early hours of the morning, but let’s be honest people would then use it during the day and people would wander in front of them

Hmm I just think people will end up using it early hours anyway though. Manchester Market Street technically allows cycling at all times but it's rare to see many cyclists there - because it's full of people walking.

I can’t remember a time I walked down market street and didn’t get nearly hit by a cyclist
