Good suggestions (mostly from @thejpster.org.uk) so far: * Google, Microsoft, and Oxide's Root of Trust systems * MS's Surface UEFI firmware * Framework's InputModule * Volvo shipping ECUs * Sonair's ECU safety sensors

Oxide also uses Rust for the “service processor”, which has a lot more code! (equivalent to a traditional server’s baseboard management controller)
