Is that the same "maritime law" that Sovereign Citizens say gives them the right to "travel" on public roads without a driver's license?

Thank you for this. I knew there had to be a reason why these people thought they'd have an easier go forcing a pipeline through a foreign nation as opposed to a partner in Confederation. Turns out it's a predictably bullshit "Freeman on the Land" take on "Maritime law." Utter clowns.
