Do you miss baking? What part of that job needed to be automated?

Well, shaping the dough was the most time consuming part and we relied on human labor for that. I don't miss standing up 8-12 hours a day though. If I go back to baking it might be cheesecake. Popular but freezable. Fewer inventory risks.
