it's an election year around October so get ready for those spooky migrant caravans to materialize and terrorize the populace before evaporating immediately after the election

anyway i'm going to do my best to sit it out this year politically on social media. posting about and ruminating on these matters just pulls me into an anxious malaise and doesn't do much to help anything. i can say what i need to say through my work and that's where my energies are better directed.
