My friend who is an Iraq war veteran was out tonight walking his dog in DC and came up on this scene – with federal agents, including secret service, hassling a citizen and violating his rights while intimidating the public

Can the residents of DC file a class action suit against the government for systematic harassment and violation of standard policing procedures (or something like that)? None of what they're doing is right. (I'm not naive.)

For obvious reasons, telling armed law enforcement officers to “get the fuck out of here” is an option only available to certain people, so good on this guy for choosing to do it
