States should automatically create STATE PARKS that encompass any areas abandoned by the NATIONAL PARK. Apply all needed PROTECTIONS and REGULATIONS that would prevent the destruction that the regime intends to benefit from. But likely that RED states will let the parks in their states be destroyed.
