To answer your question, I think I got it from eBay. Hard to find Knicks merch in Western Canada. Been looking at Lids for Knicks hats for 30 years up here, and finally found one a couple months ago.

I believe it was a Champion? I kinda outgrew it and ended up throwing it onstage at a Public Enemy concert in Vancouver in the mid-90's in a haze of booze and pot.
