I've been building my first claude subagent/skill set to help with technical discovery of projects. This isn't saving me hours of effort, it's saving me days.

Is it a skill only relevant for the project you are discovering or have you made it somehow generic?

Generic. I work for a consultancy now so a big part of my job is to do discovery with clients, which includes interviewing key people and then analysing code bases so we can put forward a useful proposal

And comes with the appropriate amount of sass for a poor project. Note this isn't a real project, just one I'm using for testing
