Yeeeeah, it's kind of a disaster on that side of the wall. My job has become "please review these 5,000,000 lines of code our vibe coders created yesterday, and make sure they don't break anything...again. Also, it's already in production."

Almost 3 months later -- team is now using AI sparingly, and people are learning how to actually do their jobs. Many problems, too. BUT...we also discovered people were burning credits using AI to convert Excel spreadsheets to CSVs (for uploads) because they never learned File --> Save As. 😵
