Shame on the uk gov for conflating 2 things to guilt layer you into thinking it’s illegal to do street photography. This was shared on fb, I have checked the veracity and it is a legit uk gov pamphlet Street photography is not a crime. Don’t go down the whole every photographer is a pervert route

Thanks for highlighting this, John. There is lots of ignorance from officialdom at times .... whether it is dumbass inexperience or AI blah .... matters not. Authoritaritism creep. Plus .... if the pamphlet is believable .... all the "official" surveillance cameras are also guilty your honour.
