The @houstonchronicle.com posted this video and it's pretty jarring. No matter that he was fleeing, law enforcement officers may not use deadly force on someone who poses no significant risk of death or serious injury to others. Deliberately hitting someone with a car is a use of deadly force.

He was running in front of their car after they veered left to aim at him, yes. DHS are fucking liars and nothing they say should be believed without a neutral witness.

We saw the same tactics in Chicago last year. ICE/CPB use of vehicles in terror-like attacks apoarently is standard operating procedure.
