Even with my poor eyesight, I can tell that the agent driving deliberately turned his vehicle to the left to hit the 'fugitive' since he didn't run in front of the agent's vehicle! The agent SHOULD be charged with Attempted Murder, or at absolute minimum, with Assault with a Deadly Weapon!

Looks to me he was in the parking spot. They had to physically turn the vehicle in that direction to be able to hit him. I’ve got twenty bucks that says the ice officer driving that vehicle is too out of shape to run a foot chase. How pathetic!
