@cloudflare.social Hi! Hate to do this but I've had a ticket open for a week with no response about getting back superadmin access to a cloudflare account - we need it to pay our bill so our access to services will no longer be restricted. We're coming up on a launch date and getting nervous. Help?

Hi don't wanna push my luck but any update? Still haven't heard back on the ticket. Just checked the original creation date and it's coming up on a full month that we've been waiting for a response. We just want to give you money!
