Basically I've been talking to folks who are smarter than I am about Motion 8 (establishing a nominations committee - "NomCom") and I actually found some time to go and read/comprehend the proposal in more depth. A 9th motion has also landed which is wildly onerous. No. No thanks. #InternetNZ

Please share Motion 8 mostly seems to be about allowing the board to create any rules it likes to block candidates
