Congress can’t indict people. They can have hearings and impeachment trials. But not criminal trials. Please don’t expect criminal trials and then blame democrats when you don’t get them. Midterms are step one. We have to win in 2028 and add seats to SCOTUS to hold people criminally accountable.

I understand this, but I also understand that a lot of us progressives are tired of the Democrat leadership insisting on bipartisanship, "my friends across the isle", and all that. We don't want passive BS, we want them to meet the moment with what's required.

Step 1: Win the midterms and use the power we've given them to entirely halt all cabinet, judicial, and other nominees. Hold hearings and don't let witnesses run the show. Call out the BS in real time. Use all of the levers of power to obstruct this criminal administration.

Senate filibuster must go. Let the GOP shout on FOX about it. They're going to do whatever they can to obstruct. Make the entire GOP party irrelevant. Pass the progressive legislation that will benefit the American people everywhere. Just get it done, quickly, and ignore their objections.
