To be fair, part of it was because @scottwiener.bsky.social is a much more experienced debater and it seemed like the moderators were not enforcing equal time

It was especially strange that @conniechansf.bsky.social's main attack on Wiener was that his AI regulation bill was supposedly not strong enough. That may be true, but it felt out of place considering she has virtually no legislative record to stand on.

She also could not articulate her opposition to housing projects aside from talking about it being a "compromise", and basically said she approved enough housing in Mission Bay so it is okay that they didn't build in her district (?!?).
