I have used it for a few weeks now and burned through about 300M tokens for various tasks, including many which involve sensitive details of mine. I actually wish it was a little LESS guarded because quite often I have to babysit it and give feedback and approval on every little thing.

The simple solution here is for everyone to stop using Meta. Unfortunately, even sensible people have fallen prey to their addictive technology, and are therefore unable to disconnect, which is exactly how Meta designed it. Do yourselves and humanity a favour and just delete them right now.
