Too bad the SAVE America act is dead on arrival in the Senate as is Trump's plans for Voter ID in midterms. And she also doesn't realize this act will actually hurt people in red states.

The act wouldn't hurt people in red states. It would tend to hurt GOP voters in all states. Compared to GOP voters, more Democratic party voters have passports, for one.
