At the #CrystalLake panel at #NYCC I’m here for my niece Gwen, but I’m also a fan of the series. The creator is a hardcore fan himself. This is really pretty neat.

Series Creator Brad: I like the murders. I will make good murders. All of the actors: Yes he makes good murders.

Host: What do you know about Jason and Friday the 13th? Very young kid who plays Jason: I’ve loved Jason ever since I was a kid. Audience: *hips break*

Host: There were so many little Easter eggs in this episode that no one here noticed! Audience: *totally noticed*

Host: Crazy Ralph has a really beautiful backstory! Actor: Even tropes have history.

Apparently Crazy Ralph’s actor kept asking the director “How crazy do you want your Ralph?” and I feel like this is a solid question.

Host: What did you tell your friends about what you did over the summer? Gwen: I memorized a talking point and then asked them what they did. KWPJ: I’ve been acting so long my friends don’t really ask me

Host: What did you do to protect the child actors? Director: Well the kid who plays Jason was running around with a machete the whole season so it’s more that we had to protect the adults from the child actors.

Host: This show is so violent. I’m telling you it’s not right! (Complimentary)
