the cat is out of the bag: we have rebuilt from the ground up Shop in SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose. it still feels weird to think that it actually worked out lol. needless to say, it was a crazy few months. Can you believe it? full rewrite, and now it's already out in prod 🤯

I think we were all very surprised in a positive way by Compose and how well it handled some of our more demanding components like the main home and its feed

That is a strong endorsement of Compose. A demanding home feed tends to expose recomposition and scrolling problems quickly, so handling it cleanly in production says more than a demo ever could.
