Often times I'd rather have 2 CSS panels instead of CSS + JS. For a pen, you often need some supporting styles - usually grouped into a layer by some Pros out there, but this is still not very managable (involves a lot of scrolling). I wish there was such a workspace template.

My default template is 1 html file and 2 CSS files. One is by base styles in a layer, and then I use the other for my demo stuff. Made the pen, saved it as my default template.
