Moldova is not a NATO member, but it stands on NATO's threshold. From the point of view of a possible Russian attack, it is the most dangerous country in Europe today.

I would predict that Moldova ask assistant from Ukraine and transnistria occupation will end, freeing Ukrainian troops to be moved where they are more needed.
