Yes.

There were preliminary findings in Colorado, but this is the first formal finding of unlawfulness in support of a permanent injunction.

I understand that this applies only to the petitioners/plaintiffs in this particular case. I'm wonder if other petitioners/plaintiffs can use this to get the same ruling elsewhere.

The overreach and illegality have been painfully obvious since Day 1. I'm glad the judge ruled on it, but compliance is doubtful, an appeal to SCOTUS is guaranteed, and tremendous damage has already been done.

tRump will ignore it until it gets to the corrupt and a paid off SCOTUS. Then SCOTUS will side against the Constitution or....leave tRump just a little wiggle-room so he can't be held accountable.
