I remember that they ran a shadow of candidate with the same name as the democrat last election. A guy who had no chance to win other than to siphon all votes.

It’s ranked choice voting. Meaning if you voted for Sullivan in round one, probably going vote Sullivan in round two .

I guess there's no such thing anymore about it being too close to an election do fuckery! So here we are, hanging on threads as courts decide our fate. The Alaska Supreme Court already ruled Dan Sullivan can be on the ballot. It’s DOA.

Good. It has no merit. He was allowed on the ballot, a ballot is clearly marked , it’s a non starter.

Also, Marc Elias filed a lawsuit, too. As did Alaska ACLU.

1. Alaska Supreme Court ruled on this. 2. The listing of names on the ballot is clear for anyone who can read. (If trump thinks voters in Alaska can’t understand the ballot, he’s going to find out otherwise.)

For now I think they should just shrug off the case, might not even matter if Dan2+dan 1 gets fewer combined than Peltola. Then I assume they’d need proof Dan2 voters made a mistake. Stop treating it like it’s even legit to be in court.
