The original "shithole countries" (January, 2018) were El Salvador, Haiti and an unspecified set of African nations. Today's "shitass" or "shithouse" countries have an Asian entrant, Yemen. But not El Salvador. Bukele's imprisoning ICE deportees seems to have helped get Salvador out of the shitter.
