Noticed the labeler went down multiple times yesterday for "apparently no reason"* so I went in and did a few minor changes that hopefully will help. *okay it was running for 7 days, had OOM, and then proceeded to crash a few times after restarting. Maybe it just needs a full restart once a week

And by "full restart" I mean either spin down the container or reboot the VPS entirely, because when I tried to ssh in last night during the latest outage I couldn't because some process was tying everything up. The labeler container is limited to 2GB memory so idk what was eating the rest

I have the container stats for the last 7 days and it literally shows steady memory usage around 500mb until it suddenly shoots up to nearly 3gb yesterday afternoon and crashes, recovers, crashes, recovers, I reboot the VPS and it goes back to normal.
