Labeler news! After weeks of frustration, and with major thanks to @dax.pryce.io for pinning down the issue, the labeler is now able to maintain a database of nearly 5 million labels (and counting) without attempting to load all the labels into memory and crashing the whole thing.

This means the labeler should be back to running normally and if we trust in my ability to monkey-patch the code, it will continue to run smoothly. Secondly, the labeler can resolve some of the shortened URLs that it previously struggled with, meaning you won't be bamboozled by link shorteners
