The thing that bothers me most is employers don't *have* to do this. Guidance for workplaces hasn't been issued, and even if it had been, needing to provide gendered facilities (fucking farce!) doesn't give then the right to police who uses them. Choosing not to have inclusive facilities...
...says a lot about the employer. I'm tired for you, Sarah! Fuck gender crits and TERFs, fuck the right wing, and fuck anyone who doesn't speak up about this brutal, unnecessary shit.
In this case too, it's telling that the employer doesn't even consider them human as they're just saying well we can't do anything else, so go piss elsewhere, not here. We might as well be dogs in the street.
Which in itself is against the law, but who could be arsed fighting that when everyone is already exhausted? Are there any unions that would represent trans people for stuff like this? I'm not knowledgeable enough, time to up my own game. I'm so angry.
It's a constant background noise of this stuff, every time there's an announcement at work my heart sinks in case it's this kind of nonsense. There's no signs of it stopping either.
