I'm tired.

The thing that bothers me most is employers don't *have* to do this. Guidance for workplaces hasn't been issued, and even if it had been, needing to provide gendered facilities (fucking farce!) doesn't give then the right to police who uses them. Choosing not to have inclusive facilities...

...says a lot about the employer. I'm tired for you, Sarah! Fuck gender crits and TERFs, fuck the right wing, and fuck anyone who doesn't speak up about this brutal, unnecessary shit.

Which in itself is against the law, but who could be arsed fighting that when everyone is already exhausted? Are there any unions that would represent trans people for stuff like this? I'm not knowledgeable enough, time to up my own game. I'm so angry.

Who would defend us? Trans people often don't have the resources nor capacity to burden the massive publicity a case like this would generate in the press, that's if you can even find a law firm to take on the case in the first place.

❤️❤️❤️ I don't know what else I can do. But I'll never stop fighting.
