For those complaining about Kyle Chandler’s age in #Lanterns, here’s how #HalJordan was introduced in #GreenLantern 1 way back in 1990.

I remember when this came out (I still have this whole run in longboxes…we know it ain’t ever getting reprinted). I remember when this issue established Hal as middle aged, it made me wonder if Superman and Batman also were, since they were all contemporaries.
