Other than the tags API... what are the big new features of v6? Better partial hydration? (if you can share)

We'll have a big writeup at some point that goes over all of the benefits, but the fundamental changes are - switch from replay hydration to something like Qwik-style resumability - Melt components away at compile time when possible, so only the _truly_ interactive parts of your app are serialized
