This sure strikes me as something Dem candidates for Senate and House should make a campaign issue by informing voters of it. No, it doesn't concern the cost of living, which congressional Dems can't lower. But it does concern the constant torrent of Trump's CORRUPTION. Which they CAN expose.

Doubt it'll tie things up in courts (plural) for years. There'll be a few cases filed quickly, so if one Trumpist district judge mimics Cannon, another judge will rule quickly. Same for appellate panels. But if the Gang of 6 delays or rules for Trump, it WILL have to wait for court expansion in '29.

How being a US citizen can become more disheartening every day is, in itself, disheartening.
