Water firms are dumping sewage with impunity while the Government fails to act. It’s time to end the Wild West water industry with a new regulator, full sewage reporting and a system that serves the public, not profit.

The Government have already put new water regulations and special measures water act in place, and pledged to abolish the regulator ofwat and replace it. You're basically telling the Government to do what it's already doing.
