Once again, billpayers are being rinsed for £3.4bn to fix a water network neglected for decades. It's time the government kept their promise and finally scrapped the failing Ofwat for good.

It really shouldn't surprise anyone that a company who we have no choice but to pay if we want water, which we need to live, with no alternative provider, has become the monster it is today. You'd expect this from a mafia.
