Your not notifying me again when I get put on a list last time I was put on a list yesterday you didn't notify me until 5 hours later and I've been put on 2 lists today and haven't been notified by you

I subscribe and get the notifications about lists that I'm put on, but I don't receive notifications about being blocked. I really don't understand this whole idea of putting people on moderation lists. Is there a place that shows how to create lists, how to add someone to a list, etc.?

Unfortunately no, there is no way to mute these. You might have some luck asking the owners of that list to stop naively re-adding you to their list even if you're already in it.

I made a pack 8 hours ago and no notification yet. Yesterday it was nine hours after the pack was made. My DMs are open for anyone I follow. Before I got the notification at the point I was finished with the pack.
