Not unusual. There have been many cases of people abducted then released after it's discovered they're US Citizens, and their wallets are emptied. Cash missing. Debit cards used. Fraudulent charges on credit cards. These thugs are nothing more than institutionalized thieves.

Thank you. What I am wondering is if the agents are kept broke and hungry and is why they steal (especially the groceries). A cruel admin will be cruel to their own.
