I've conversed with the Twins at a premiere and I can tell you they are VERY passionate about their work, but to see them going down the AI route is especially disappointing.

Seems they are passionate about making money from retro community without spending any money in the retro community. There's no way they needed AI in the final product even if they enjoy 'experimenting' with it

Reading articles like this, I feel the battle is lost. It says there were two camps of people the writer spoke to, neither against using AI. It's disappointing to keep seeing that studios need to be 'scared', too. As if AI and manually crafted games already have the same value to some people.
