Can we forge an American birth certificate for Lula and combine both his and our divine providence?

When I went to Brazil as an exchange student in 80, Lula was a labor activist jailed by the military dictatorship. I was in the auto district (‘ABC’ outside SP), so maybe awareness was higher there. But the twists and turns go way back.
