You catch it by making the path inspectable. A correct output can hide a very inventive detour, and putting experts beside the evidence lets them judge whether the route was sound.

Making the path inspectable is the whole game — the final answer is the least informative part of an agent run. Log every model call and tool invocation with its inputs, and “right answer, wrong way” stops being invisible. #nRouter
