Yeah....i think im gonna need to get like a VFX artist's opinion on my effects at this point because i literally cannot come up with anything better than this rn and i'm not content with it lol

Yeah basically I wanna translate the effects from the webcomic into something that looks nice in animation. This is a mixed 2d and 3d show so I'd like to come up with a nice workflow for procedurally generating these effects in Blender for the 3d scenes

I would know how to do it in Cinema 4D or After Effects, but let me dig into Blender a bit (I’ve been looking for excuses to learn more about that workflow) to see if what I know could translate

Anyway the show must go on and pilots are meant to be messy so you guys might just get solid lines for all those 4 minutes in November
