Yes. However using Request/Response in server is going to slow them down massively. Also: supertest spin up a real HTTP server behind the scene, making the benchmark provided kind not an apple-to-apple comparison.

If they were fast, Hono would not have to monkey patch them to get good performance 🔥🤦‍♂️. Sigh. Using them for servers is a *bad idea* that would backfire.

I did this "accidentally" in Astro / Preact, and of course since it was built and shipped with no JS it "just worked". I first thought that Astro was doing some really cool wiring behind the scenes. Wasn't until I checked my network traffic I realized it was just boring server side JS. Face palm. 🤦‍♂️😄
