Node supports fetch but not what’s in the blog post. The Conclusion section says that Node does not support it yet

yeah the globals are there for the fetch API. But how do you do actually spawn a server with that API in node? Something like this is what the blog post is about: listenServer(request => new Response("hello"))

The global is there for the fetch API but to my knowledge there isn't a native way to spawn a server in node that uses this API. You seem confident that there is a way. Can you share it with us?
